How to delete user data

Permanently delete your SriHome account and all associated user data.

To remove your account and all associated data from SriHome, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the SriHome App and sign in with your App ID credentials.

  2. Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner of the home page.

  3. Go to Account Security from the menu.

  4. Tap the option to Cancel Account.

  5. Enter the randomly generated verification code to confirm the cancellation.

  6. Once confirmed, all information related to the account will be deleted and cannot be restored.

This action is irreversible. After cancellation, all data associated with your account is permanently removed from the system.
